My idea of fun would be getting drunk and hurling arguments about Agile at the people who love it. In my many years PM-ing and my experience with many development fads - (Xtreme Programming, anyone?) I have learned there is no silver bullet. Exception scenarios, especially in complex, Enterprise software apps where they are endless, are not going to write themselves. Write 'em on a note card or in a document, but they have to get written.
Oh my. It seems you've touched a nerve. I'll have to stop commenting before I get too crazy. Let's talk about outsourcing development next! Oh, please!
